Terrible service
Bought and paid for 2 T-shirts. Two weeks later after messaging customer service they tell me it’s not being delivered and I’ll be refunded another two weeks later. Awful! Will never use again and will make sure friends and family don’t either

Don't use this company
Don't use this company! So I returned a jumper and shorts for an exchange and they refunded me for the jumper (didn't have a smaller size) but not the shorts. They were both in the same bag. Someone from the returns team had clearly stolen it but they just continued to say "returns team have confirmed it was only the jumper we have received" I then got proof from a USC Facebook guy that both of my items sent back would match the weight of my parcel (904grams) but they still refuse to go any further by email. I have enough proof to show that they 100% received both of the products but it seems its easier to just treat their customers like toilet rather than start an investigation amongst thier returns team. Was 100% stolen. Shorts were £60 but to now match my jumper I will have to buy them again. Will not be buying anything from here again though. Shambles of a company. Customer service is horrendous.

Cost £4 for delivery, sizes small.
Went to local store, they wouldn’t exchange or refund so had to send back for another £3
